We have special software that uses your web browser to allow us to connect and
control your machine (with your permission).
This means that as long as you have an internet connection and a working web
browser we can remote connect to your machine to analyse the problem and
probably even fix most software issues.
Because it uses your web browser it will work through firewalls and over local
networks without needing any setup or changes.
In an emergency such as mistaken file deletion or crashed document, it is very
important that we connect and sort it out before you do any other work as this
can overwrite the missing files.

Most of these connections are short, if its a longer problem we generally prefer
to send an engineer.
